How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days.

What is your order cut-off time?
Our daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM (EST – Toronto). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
