3 LUFKIN Hi-Viz ORANGE Metric 19mm x 5m Tape Measure PHV1035CM.
This tape measure along with 300 more were ordered by a large company, put into inventory then the project was cancelled ( the project was taking peoples height measurements for some sort of survey) . They have no boxes and were stored in bulk bins so it is possible there may be a scuff but I haven't seen any. They appear perfect to me but may have small flaws.
